The position of chairman shall be filled by each member in turn taking the participating company names in alphabetical order. The chairman shall be appointed for a period of one calendar year. The participating company from which the chairman is appointed shall provide administrative resources necessary for the conduct of committee meetings.

The current chairman shall appoint a coordinator from his company to liaise with other members of the committee to be responsible for updating those representatives with information regarding mobile offshore units and any other relevant information.
